Larry Goins
Larry is a licensed mortgage lender,
general contractor and real estate broker in North and South
Carolina. He is a past member of the National Association of
Mortgage Brokers, N.C. and S.C. Association of Mortgage Brokers,
National Association of Home Builders and S.C. Association of
Realtors. He was the President of the Metrolina Real Estate
Investors Association, the largest attended REIA group in the
Carolina's. Larry’s company, Financial Help Services, Inc. is a hard
money and traditional lender and his real estate company, Investors
Rehab, Inc. buys 10-15 houses each month. He bought his first
property in 1986 and continues to buy, wholesale, rehab, retail and
rent properties.
Jon Morrow

Wendy is the company's In-House
Investor Financing Specialist. She is a powerhouse that knows
investor financing inside and out! In 1981, Wendy began her career
in the Commercial Real Estate Business marketing small hotels,
convenience stores and other small businesses. After several years
in Commercial Real Estate, she transferred her marketing skills to a
hotel management company where she became the Vice President of
Marketing.
In addition to her background in
marketing, research analysis, business operations and customer
service, Wendy is an investor and rehabber along with her husband,
Gene. Wendy is a Partner and Loan Originator specializing in
investor financing and property acquisition with both Financial Help
Services, Inc. and Investors Rehab, Inc. She is extremely
knowledgeable in available loan programs, loan terms and property
analysis and her primary focus is matching clientele with the
appropriate programs to meet their financial goals. Her unique, high
touch approach to the investor loan process lends a highly
successful closing ratio for our clients.
Roger Schwartz
Mr. Schwartz’s real estate career has
covered many facets of the industry. two years as the Community
Development Director of a city of 35,000 residents. He then went
into the private sector and did commercial appraisal and
right-of-way acquisition for over eight years. He then became the
Vice President / Broker in Charge of a major development company and
was responsible for over 8 million square feet of office, retail and
industrial space. Today, he is the Senior Vice President of Lane
Realty, LLC and oversees their commercial brokerage division.
Throughout his career he found time to purchase numerous real estate
investments for his personal account that cover five states and
include such tenants as Walgreen’s, Skyline Chili (Midwest
restaurant chain), Ameristop Food Markets (Midwest convenience store
chain), Pizza Hut and multi family apartment complexes.
